Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order between 5- 10 working days.

If a product is out of stock or we don’t have enough yarn of the same die number to fulfill your order in this given time period then we will inform you by email or phone.

All our items are sent through Royal Mail 2nd class recorded and signed for.

If you require something very small/light to be posted (i.e a single pattern or a few buttons) then please message us though our Facebook page or email us so that we can sort out a more exact rate.
